Return Policy

 *We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@herza.com and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for all other returns. Please send the item back to 2165 S Dupont Dr Ste H Anaheim, CA 92806. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
