At Herza, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@herza.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items if they’re defective or damaged. Please contact us at info@herza.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
